Lady Suzie, aka, Suzie Hardaway was born on October 27, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois.  She grew up singing in her father’s church where she first began to touch many with her gift of music and her wonderful voice.

 

Lady Suzie is currently resides in Dallas, Texas and has performed throughout the country as the female vocalist for Blues Legend, Vernon Garrett.  She has also performed with a Blues Venue formed in Los Angeles, California which includes of some the Blues Industry’s greats, Bobby Warren, Gregg Smith, Sweet Ida and the V.I.B Band.  Suzie is not only a blues artist but her Gospel roots has also paved the way for her to sing background on various Gospel projects.

 

She is working on her first CD Project with music producer Fred Leonard and has released a Demo with two songs she wrote, “Knocking at the Door and “You Had a Wife.”  The compination of Suzie's Songwriting ability and Fred's musical capabilites are producing one of the most dynamic new blues projects to hit the air waves.  These two have birthed and created "NEO-BLUES"!!!!!

It is an extreme joy working with Suzie in the studio.  I thought I was the hardest working artist until I met Suzie.  I am honored to put my name on the project of such a wonderful talent.  She will definitely continue to make huge impacts to the music world with her unique and God given talent and ability to relay real-life situations into soul soothing songs.
